RJ began his career with Agri-City in 2012. Prior to this, he worked in banking for 15 years.
With a strong desire to own his own business, he wanted to pursue other ventures. This led him to the insurance industry. RJ wanted to continue in a career that would allow him to interact with people and also provide a service that everyone needs. RJ is also a big believer in supporting your local communities. RJ is active in his community. He is past President but remains on the board of the Norfolk Veterans Home Foundation, which has raised funds for the Heroes Park. He is committed to the insurance industry by obtaining his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. He is also a past President of the Professional Insurance Agents of Iowa & Nebraska (PIA IA/NE.)
RJ has a business degree from Dana College. He graduated high school from Howells, NE. RJ is married to Jessica Gall and they have 3 children, Kylie, Tessa, and Jace. Some of RJ’s hobbies include spending time with his family, golfing, playing basketball, and hunting.

Jenny has been working for Agri-City Insurance since the Norfolk office opened in 2013.
Before beginning her insurance career Jenny worked at the Norfolk Veterans Home for 11 years. Since starting her employment with Agri-City, she has been licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health. Customer service is very important to her and every customer’s needs are unique, she will do her best to serve her customers in a manner she would appreciate.
Jenny is a member of the Norfolk American Legion Auxiliary Post #16 and is a long time Board Member of the Norfolk Veterans Home Foundation. She also teaches CCD classes on Wednesdays.
A graduate of Howells High School, Jenny has a Human Service degree from Southeast Community College. Jenny and her husband Tyler have 3 children, Hudson, Brinkley and Moxon. Jenny enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending her children’s events, weekends at the lake and watching the Huskers and KC Royals.

Chad joined the Agri-City team in January 2013. Prior to this, he was in the banking industry for 15 years.
Chad has an ag business degree with UNL. He graduated from Leigh and currently resides in Creston with his wife Kristi and 5 children (all girls). He also keeps active on the farm with his families row crop and cow/calf operation.
Chad is the past Chair of the Chamber Ag Business committee, past President of the Platte Valley Cattleman, past Board Member of the Leigh Golf Course, and current Chairman of the Creston Town Board. Chad enjoys being outside, spending time with family, golfing, and Husker football.

Rick joined the Agri-City team in November of 2018. He has been in the Insurance & Financial Services Industry for nearly 21 years.
Rick is a native of Papillion, Nebraska where he graduated from Papillion/LaVista High School and then went on to attend and graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Upon graduating college in 2002, Rick started his career in the Insurance Industry. Rick has experience as a field claims representative, field underwriter and most recently on the agency side for over 10 years.
Rick currently resides in Norfolk with his wife Michelle and 3 children Hayden, Jocelyn, and Cohen. Rick loves spending time outdoors with his family. Anything from boating, hunting, fishing to watching the kids participate in sporting events…and yes watching Husker Football! Rick is currently involved in coaching with the Norfolk Jr. Panther basketball program as well as an active member of Norfolk Panther Booster Club.

Julie joined Agri-City Insurance in January 2019 as a Licensed Customer Service Rep.
Prior to coming to work for Agri-City Insurance, Julie worked for Nationwide Insurance for 17 years. Julie is originally from Randolph, Nebraska where she graduated from Randolph High School and went on to attend Southeast Community College in Lincoln where she received a degree in Office Technology-Administrative.
Julie currently lives in Norfolk with her husband Nick and 2 boys, Ethan and Brody. Julie enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending her kids activities, playing golf, volleyball and softball, and Husker Volleyball.

Anne joined Agri-City in 2023 as a Licensed Customer Service Rep. Prior to Agri-City, Anne worked in banking for 25 years. Anne is from Belden, Ne and attended Randolph Public Schools. She continued her education at Wayne State College earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Anne lives in Norfolk with her husband, Eric and son, Chase. Anne enjoys spending time outside with her husband and dogs gardening and camping. They also follow Chase in his sports and activities.
